These are machine washable. We recommend you only wash them on a delicate cycle only when they absolutely need to be washed. Allow to hang dry. Follow these instructions to get the most out of these shin guards.

Youth XS 4-7 Years
Youth SM 8-11 Years
Small/Medium: 60lbs 170lbs / Adult Small/Medium
Large/XL : 180lbs to 250lbs / Adult Large/Extra Large

Please remember these are only suggestions.

The biggest factor is the size of your calves.

If you have thin calves and are in doubt – order small/medium.

If you have thick calves and are in doubt – order Large/XL.
