XS  = 4 – 7 YEARS
SM = 8 – 10 YEARS
MD = 11 – 13 YEARS
LR = 14 – ADULT = 190 Lbs
XL = LARGE ADULT above 190lbs

Please note this size chart is an estimate however it depends on child health. If the child is slim go one size down and if healthy then go one size up.
