Grappling dummy made of superior F10 leatherette. Wrestling Grappling mannequin with Arms and legs designed for training any type of mixed martial arts. It can be used for training wrestling, boxing, BJJ and ground techniques, including lifting and throwing of opponent. Take down tactics and strikes from a ground position.

The dummy weight can be filled upto to 30-55 KG / 65-120 pounds if filled with cotton or crushed fabric.

Available in Size: 4 feet (48” 120cm), 5 Feet (59” 150cm) and 6 feet(70” 180cm), Grapping dummy is sold Unfilled/Empty.
